Shopee Product & Design Challenge 2021

With no prior experience in product management and design, I participated in this team challenge out of interest and curiosity.

I learnt UI/UX fundamentals along the way, including problem definition, user research, product specification, business case writing, design mock-ups, and prototyping.

Our proposal sought to enhance the reviews feature of the existing Shopee online shopping app.
